Payment
Lavish ApS accepts online payments via Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, and ApplePay.
Your payment will not be charged until the physical item has been shipped or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation.
Most of our products are sold under the Danish “used VAT” (brugtmoms) scheme, meaning VAT is not displayed on your order confirmation by default. If you require a VAT invoice, please contact us via email before placing your order.

Payments are processed through a secure SSL-encrypted server to ensure your personal data is protected. Our website also uses SSL encryption for your safety.
Delivery
Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days. Items marked as “Back Order” may have longer delivery times, typically shipping within 7–14 business days.
We ship using UPS, DAO, POSTNORD, DHL & BRING with Track & Trace.
You will always receive a tracking number unless otherwise agreed.
Local pickup or personal delivery is possible by appointment.
We currently ship to Denmark, Sweden, Poland, USA and Germany.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal unless otherwise stated on your order.
The 14 days begin on the date you receive your order.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item and return the item within 14 days after that.
Send your withdrawal request to: contact@lavish.dk and clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
Condition of Returned Items
You are responsible for any depreciation in the value of the product caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, features, and functionality.
If the item is used beyond this, it may be considered used and of reduced value.
In such cases, you may receive only a partial refund—or none at all.
The condition is assessed solely by Lavish ApS.

Returns sent with cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
Complaints
As we primarily sell unique items, often varying in age, we cannot guarantee durability.
Each product may include a production year and our subjective condition rating.
Customers are encouraged to consider whether age may affect the product’s durability.
Lavish ApS strives only to sell functional products.
No warranty is offered on used items after use. If the product is still unused and within the return period, Lavish ApS accepts full responsibility.
International Orders – Taxes, VAT, and Customs Duties
For all orders delivered outside of Denmark, additional local charges such as import VAT, customs duties, or local taxes may be applied by your country’s authorities. These charges are not included in your checkout total and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lavish ApS is not liable for any such charges imposed by local customs or tax authorities, and we cannot estimate or reimburse any fees related to these.
We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to understand any potential additional costs.
Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If a package is refused upon delivery, not collected, or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, Lavish ApS reserves the right to charge a handling and restocking fee of up to 30% of the total order value.
This fee helps cover unavoidable costs such as:
- Order processing and administration
- Shipping (both original and return)
- Re-inspection, repackaging, and restocking
Fees vary depending on the product, shipping destination, and logistical complexity. We therefore advise you to ensure someone is available to receive the shipment and that your shipping details are accurate.
Privacy Policy
We do not resell or share your personal data. It is stored securely in our customer database and can be deleted at any time upon request.
To fulfill your order, we collect:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
Data is stored for up to five years. When collected via our website, your consent is always obtained.
Lavish ApS staff and directors have access to this data, which is not transmitted or stored in encrypted form.
